On 26–27 May 2026, youth trainers from all partners of the WELLME Project – “Wellbeing Hubs. Building a sustainable learning environment for Youth in Local communities” (2024-1-ES02-KA220-YOU-000245165) gathered in Warsaw, Poland, for the Transnational Experiential Training of Trainers, a two-day experiential training hosted by our Polish partner Fundacja Autokreacja.

The training aimed to equip 18 youth trainers with practical skills and tools for implementing the training modules developed within WELLME, based on the five elements of wellbeing: physical, emotional, social, intellectual and spiritual. Through hands-on workshops, participants had the opportunity to test wellbeing activities in practice, ones they will go on to apply within their own local communities.

The programme included six thematic modules, each designed and delivered by a different partner:

  • GESEME presented the module on positive psychology,
  • European Progress focused on resilience and growth mindset,
  • the University of Zaragoza addressed healthy nutrition and lifestyle,
  • Etaireia Touristikis Anaptiksis Kai Provolis Periferias Leykosias (ETAP) presented the module on physical activity,
  • CentreDot led the session on designing spaces that foster a sense of belonging,
  • Fundacja Autokreacja closed the training with the module on youth transitions to adulthood.

Beyond the rich training content, the meeting in Warsaw was also an opportunity for trainers from different countries and cultural backgrounds to exchange experiences and good practices, strengthening the collaboration and shared vision of the consortium for the wellbeing of young people in local communities across Europe.

This training marked another important step in the WELLME journey, bringing theory closer to practice and preparing trainers to carry forward what they learned into their own communities.
